Cancellation Policy
I value your time, so please value mine by communicating regarding your appointment. Contact me at 773-410-1093 to cancel, or you will be charged. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 30 minutes prior to avoid a charge. No call/no show will result in 80% of your remaining balance being charged. A $15 late fee will apply if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment. On busy days, anything beyond 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled to my next available slot.
